Company Shops Market in Burlington
I will be joining Cari Stafford, owner and Yoga teacher of Downtown Yoga, and her students to blend up healthy smoothies! By the end of the event, you’ll have a better understanding of the difference between whey protein and plant protein and which option may work best for you. Learn how to add ingredients to your morning smoothie in order to drink a complete meal, rather than sending your blood sugars soaring.
We’ll provide the protein sources, you bring (or shop) for your ingredients. I’ll also provide a create your own smoothie recipe guide.
Cari will be offering a 9am yoga class at Company Shops Market so come with your mat and stay to make a refreshing smoothie to start your Saturday out right! Register for both classes here.
This is a free Downtown Yoga member class.
Non-member pricing: $10 for Yoga class & $5 suggested donation for smoothie class.
