Initial session

Meet with Heather to discuss your goals toward creating YOUR path to happiness and well-being. A brief health assessment is taken to provide you with safe and individualized recommendations for lasting lifestyle changes. This is YOUR session; Heather’s role is to listen, guide and support you in creating positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.

Follow-up session

This is YOUR time to meet again with Heather and ask questions, reflect on your progress toward your goals and set new goals, as desired. In the follow-up, Heather listens, provides feedback, serves as your accountability partner, and supports you in your journey to “Be and Eat Well!”
